Photos From Cruise! (Part 5)

Here's the final set of photos (for now) from the cruise. These are from the voyage to Malta and some of the time there. (Luke uploaded these.. we'll go back and add some captions to these photos later, hopefully.)

Photos From Cruise! (Part 4)

The second to last stop was Ephesus, in Turkey.

Photos From Cruise! (Part 3)

We then went to visit Santorini, Greece. As we were coming close, it seemed that there was snow on the top of the mountains, much to everyone's surprise, but we came to realize that it was actually where the city of Santorini resided, at the top of the cliffs.

Photos From Cruise! (Part 2)

Here's the next stop: Olympia, Greece.

Photos From Cruise! (Part 1)

Here are some photos from the portion in Dubrovnik, the first stop of the cruise.

Grandma's granola

I think I'll put in a recipe for Granola!
6 cups regular rolled oats
11/3 cups non fat dry milk (1 envelop)
1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
1 cup oat bran or soy flour
1 cup untoasted wheat germ
1 cup bran cereal
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup sesame seed or flax seed
1 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
1 cup unssalted pumpkin seeds
3/4 cup salad oil
3/4 cup honey
2 teaspoons cinnamon
In a large bowl stir together dry ingredients. In a small pan stir together oil honey and cinnamon warming slightly, until blended. Then pour over the oat mixture and mix well. Spread evenly in 2 baking pans about 1O by 15 in. Bake uncovered at 250 degrees until mixture looks and smellstoasted, about 1 hour. Stir 2 or 3 times as it bakes.Cool completly.Store air tight in refrigerator or freezer.Serve with milk and fruit.I use my homemade apple sauce.Enjoy!
